The problem as i have mentioned before is the Board structure. All of them aside from Bruce are seat warmers and contribute very little.
Bruce is a miner. As such, he needs to step aside as Chairman and concentrate on the executive role as MD.
Leaving a Chairman to focus on Governance Strategy and promoting the company.
Executive Chair positions are typically a big negative to professional investors so this could also help improve interest in the company.
