I emailed Rick in Nov 2022 on his commencement (Posted on HC with some ridiculing me) that there was major issues in regards to conflicts of interest and how the companies were being considered one and the same based on there own actions and corporate structure.

People seem to forget the same Registered address, Same Telephone number (JHC), shared services, a 17.6% shareholding, 2 Non Exec Directors and Chair until Rick took over.

Ricks response was piss poor IMO, but a few days later Hepburn resigned.

A sacrifice?

They were warned that the ties were an issue. The walk away was a nonsense.

Shitting on your own doorstep never ends well. FFX did that on its LLL investment.

The BOD of both companies have clearly not had an understanding on the situation in Mali with regards o the Govt sentiment.
