if they focused their efforts years ago on locating their Chem Plant on US soil they (with a massive positive impact to our holding value) would of had a better chance (I believe) in receiving DFC funding, DoE funding and Inflation Reduction Act funding (all non dilutive)
it’s a no brainer. The quicker they accept it the better for us or will they fall on their swords by sticking with UAE
