How this board is able to get this funding package over the line with discounted stock options is beyond me. I would be more agreeable to debt financing at market coupon rate to reflect risk and with a proper share incentive plan for executive performance. They need to have skin in the game, not receiving nice fees and options etc....
I have no doubt that ADD will deliver but the pricing of this issue and funding is disadvantageous to shareholders IMO.
Look at some of the ridiculous share trades of recent down to 1.5 cents, and at 2.4 cents - breathtaking. Who is monitoring all this?
