I'm thinking MD already sourced and next steps currently in process.... This will be announced within the next couple of weeks and he/she will have to be well versed on company's history/plans moving forward as he/she will need to be upto speed so all questions put forward to them can be answered competently! and his/her first job will be to announce signed deal with said partner/s
