The Karachi example gives an insight as to what one would expect to find after a plane crashing into a building. From the footage of the A320 crash it seems this explosion was far more powerful than the video of the Pentagon explosion you posted and despite that they still found an abundance of the damaged plane in the Karachi collision zone where as nothing remotely similar was found at the Pentagon.
