From what I gather, the testing is only on the Hardstaff ore.

The "further testing" could be any number of things...

A smaller size fraction would give an even great product. This would lower the yeild but if that is "the spec" then it will cost more to purchase. The ore would already need sintering or be made into pellets. That would depend on the end users facilities.

As 123 has said there will most probably be a spirals curcuit in there somewhere, probably a few I reckon, de-watering, de-sliming, clasification etc.

The stand out enviro friendly power gen in that part of the world is "tidal". I believe that there is a trial happening now on Koolan island :)
Solar would be good too though.
