It depends what your definition of "starting mining" is and I think Marty used this to talk it up. In reality mining startup occurs over months and ramps up gradually with extra steps and processes added along the way.
They said they were looking to mobilise the first mining plant end of April. Hopefully that's occurred and is all moving forward.
