    The outlay to get this project over the line is small in the scheme of things seeing Government throws hundreds of millions at prospects that are only in the beginning phase of development. The Kwinana:nickel//cobalt refininery will become a global ethical cobalt supplier of significance. This ticks all the boxes for all involved . just needs to happen IMO
