Little misleading without context. WOW fell so much during that period because of the billions it lost on its Masters disaster and exited the business. Resulting in an accounting write down. Underlying earnings from supermarkets business was there, albeit competition from Cole’s was coming from WES. WOW was focused and troubled on masters. They then fixed the business and the rest was history. Its core supermarkets business is very very good and better than COL. albeit at present COL is leading getting new market share. However both companies by default benefit from our governments disastrous insanely high levels of immigration via new customers.
