Not the easiest to see everything on an iPhone.
They are in bad shape because of Miller's excursion into folly but it is very salvageable provided the correct decisions are now made. And there are other options besides merging or selling. If the company has to endure more of Miller's delusional BS, it then is pretty much all over..
Miller needs to go , his position is untenable and he has next to no idea about the market he is operating in.
