I share the same thoughts with the lack of studies being completed, who would finance at this stage.
Can only go by the information they have been putting out for the last 6-12 months. Given that they already have 50% commitment from the Saudis and a FS that meets the Saudi requirements, the other investors might be willing to commit to funding earlier.
As always never get our hopes to high, we have been let down many times before.
