"...in a company that has been proving successful over the past year"
There are a lot of metrics that can be used to determine if a company has been "proving successful" and cherry picking which ones to base an opinion on is entirely self-serving.
If however you look at the overall track record one could be forgiven for wondering if the board are acting in the shareholders interests or their own.
Questionably high salaries for many years on end?
Continuously extending timelines?
"Black book of potential orders" from the CAT days?
