To second guess the motives and actions by the company with this raise is exactly that - guessing.
To suggest there are nefarious motivations behind the raise and its strike price is akin to calling the entire board crooks.
This is easily the most experienced and professional board I have ever witnessed in a small cap company, who are not going to be jeopardising their significant reputations on this.
None of us know what is going on behind the scenes, which may be deliberate due to legal reasons, not as some state that they simply don't care for shareholders.
I am very confident that if the sp could be increased by reporting more, then it would have been done, as the lower the sp, the more disgruntled shareholders become, and the lynch mob with pitch forks begin to gather and communicate negatively with the company.
The governance of this board appears to be outstanding, especially with Ewen overseeing everything, and I am confident they wouldn't put out unsubstantiated or borderline illegal puff pieces just to satisfy shareholders, despite the wishes of everyone here.

As for the options vote, I have voted in favour with all my accounts, as to do otherwise is akin to sabotaging our own company and investments.
If you trust the company is doing all it can to bring increased shareholder wealth, then you should vote for all resolutions.
If you dont trust them, then maybe its time to walk away, or at a minimum lodge an abstain protest vote.

I have been here longer than nearly anyone else, save perhaps Peterfred, and have participated in almost all raisings over a long period, but unfortunately am not in a position to do so this time, but am not going to scuttle anyone elses chances of assisting the company to achieve its goals or fulfill its statutory requirements.

I should be the first at the line of pitch forks as I just bought my younger non holder children a reasonable holding at 4c only days before the raise announcement, and my first ever purchase was $4 a share, but at this end of the market we have to accept that its bloody hard work to get to market, but these guys seem to me to the first ones to be able to get us across the line and if announcements are anything to go by, are very close to the pointy end of achieving this.
My plea to all voting, please dont sink the company just because you are unhappy with the sp.
If it goes to $1 we will all be running around congratulating ourselves for making such a wise decision to invest.
If it doesnt, at least we werent the ones to sink it through withholding potentially valuable funding.
