Now MINRES will have no LJ Li HUB nor any LJ Li MILL just their existing Li mines with plans and deserted black holes with capex of $2,000M needed with Bald Hill stranded and the others low on reserves with NO MILLS or larger mills than LJ.
MINRES will also face a large damages claim for breach of contract for $50M inc royalty stream as no DD was done nor complied with or issued according to the papers.

The real news here is how long was MINRES plying & pushing to buy LJ or other POS assets and why did they withdraw so quickly after it went public & from pressure from whom, AFAF or BMM or MD?
WHY did they mention re-negotiate and then terminate anyway?!
Who gave them the idea that POS would go re-negotiate and WHY bother when faced with litigation for damages.
Seems to be a hidden agenda and secret collaboration here.

Did they bid for AGO the same way knowing full well AFAF then Gina wanted it instead but here they are again failing in their bids for assets worth $Bs for pennys & losing out yet again.

POS has many more SECRETS & OPTIONS, MINRES wasnt the only one imho,
