You'll need to keep working on your observation skills. The ASIC/ISX trial had this very thing happen during it. Delayed start to a day, marked not before 2:00pm due to a judgement in another matter. It happens regularly.
I think you need to really hone down on some of the detail around the Flykk numbers in Benin. Has there been much uptake from the Voodoo community there?
