Whether it is Federal or State money, it is still my taxes. How many more rifle ranges, swimming pools and tennis courts do these places need. I live round the corner from Joey's which gets $5m of Government funding a year - their website (extract below) boasts about its great resources. The money going to Joey's could go to public schools in socially deprived areas with few resources. This sort of funding drives a divided society not an egalitarian one.
