How are we sabotaging the company by voting down the options ? The institutions that bought in and sold out to get the free options will be upset , perhaps the brokers who advised on this crappy raise will be too

Everyone will act in their own self interest - all the people pushing to vote YES will (most likely) have taken part in the capital raise and want their options. Fair enough. Interestingly if they took part in the raise they cannot vote on this resolution so they are at the mercy of shareholders who have not taken part.

Those who have not taken part in the SPP should consider voting NO so their investment is not further diluted when we do hear some good news in the near future and the institutions exercise their options and then sell , forcing the share price back down again.

We can vote YES to all the other resolutions - We keep the $$$ raised whether the options are voted YES OR NO
