Looks to me like Michael came in, got the confidence and vote of shareholders and gave the company some new life (as much as I thought some of it was a bit of hype)
“Untenable differences” with the BOD or old Gaurd maybe caused him to walk away for awhile while he knew he had the ear of some major shareholders on here. Who have just proved they have major sway
It would be straight from the tillet playbook if he comes back soon haha.
