I emailed the EPA asking:

- for a status update on the Arrowsmith North proposal,
- why the timeframe for publishing of the RTS document had extended from the 4 weeks stated in the ESD to 22 weeks (at the time of writing), and also
- whether the EPA expected to meet their 6 week timeframe for preparing the recommendation report.

I got an auto response from the EPA saying that they would reply in 10 business days, and it has currently been 20 business days... so they 2x over their committed response time...

Has anyone else emailed the EPA for an update recently and if so have you received a response?

If you haven't emailed, I suggest you do. It is one of the few things we can do as holders to help our investment from an EPA perspective.
