Shares trade as low or lower than the CR price in around 95% of cases is my experience. Time and time again retail investors cry foul when a CR is announced, but they can almost always get in at the CR price at some point.
But can’t always predict an individual company. I’m not sure with DEG. Last CR got close but not as low, whereas the one before that traded lower is my recollection.
