I get your frustration. You feel the company should have taken the offer. You lost some potential $. However you could have sold at 2.5 cents while the offer was being considered. It was never binding.

However, as I recall the facts, not enough of the shareholders would accept the offer, so it couldn’t be pursued.

There is such a thing as letting go, and moving on. All you are doing is venting.

That’s like getting drunk and spewing all over the kitchen table. It makes you feel better, but leaves a huge mess for someone to clean up.

I hope you are not taking this negativity into your personal life and effecting others.

For your own sake, try to move on.
