The CIA is a secretive/clandestined organisation which does US foreign interference in OS countries domestic affairs that is outside the official US Foreign Policy and as such its activities are deniable .
And of course anyone that outs them will be subject to US prosecution and may be in some cases subject to the death penalty. (eg: Assange & Snowden...pending).
Not what a reasonable person would call the hallmark of a liberal democratic society.
Perhaps there will be a whistleblower who will properly out CIA involvement in the Ukraine later like that of Iraq & Afghanistan wars?
