JP keeps stating they are doing their own negotiations. We can’t know the extent of that statement, ie whether it just means they aren’t paying the likes of CCG or whether it means they aren’t even getting experienced third parties to look at the nuts and bolts of the deals proposed. Yes I know Daniel Jimenez etc etc is on board, but we still got the Glencore binding deal and it’s fkng us up.
They need better eyes looking before they sign.
