the acquisition of AIGC is unrelated to Hibur, they're separate: AIGC consists of Tatarot (a broken game developed on an approximately 3 months old Malaysian no-code platform called Weave by Chasm) & an unlaunched "The Waifu Maker" game. the Chasm team even created Tatarot a few months ago as a simple demo app for their platform that was then sold to AIGC; AIGC didn't even develop Tatarot! it appears that AIGC is only about 175 days old itself! FFG valued AIGC at $5.6 million & plans to acquire half for a combination of cash & credit for "services"

FFG's acquisition of AIGC appears to be the most overvalued ($5.6 million!) acquisition i have ever seen. FFG is unlikely to even receive the source code to the games, as that would be owned by Chasm as its part of the Weave platform. very dodgy?
