A Fools Foley is what you have here. If this Company was to ever produce HPA they have Five years ahead of them IE; Test at Pilot Plant - Demonstration Plant - Finance - Plant build.
At this juncture they have no idea of any production costs. Quite simply because they are in their infancy stage, and this has never been done before. By anyone.
You can take it from me. I know the people Jess has been talking with, and she has Buckleys. This lot would be well advised to just continue scanning the Globe looking for an Offtaker that wants their DSO. For Toothpaste or whatever else. Scarlet Pimpernel comes to mind
