I had wondered at times how you felt about the evil man, being one of your people. As a child it must have been a shock for you.
But all races have many good and evil ones, I guess. For me, I think I have said this before. It was heartbreaking when my family watched all these war films on a Sunday afternoon. I cried for the Jews, I couldn’t understand as I was only perhaps 5, how nobody fought back. How man could be so cruel. This sense of injustice has stayed with me always and possibly was one of the triggers for my fears.
Anyway enough about me, I must stop indulging in negative thoughts. It is bad for my mental health. But my mind tends at times to keep wandering around to all the suffering in the world, past and present.
