ASIC & ASX regulators are paper shufflers and no more. Their track record in prosecutions is well below par, actually , it's embarrassing to say the least. The example you mention is blatantly embarrassing for them in my view because it's a snub at their inept regulatory powers. Seriously, would you take notice of a kitten guarding a lions' den?.
On a lighter note. They advised you to take it up with a solicitor. Wouldn't it be justice if a filthy rich retired queen's council decided to take them on out of boredom, like a scene out of The Castle. They would soil their pants!. LOL :)) It's all about the vibe.........
