this is a bears only forum, and they are claiming success on the basis of about 11% of votes out of almost 1000 views....that is sooo funny
the high prices are limited to the inner city, not regional centres....but now we have the regional areas being the epi centre of the 'boom'.....and the bears want you to look there for your clues... looking more hilarious......in their desperation for answers
out there in the real world, it is the very opposite to what you will read on this bear forum
hmmm, all those huge houses, 2 story, 4-5 bedrooms, a theatre room etc, indoor/outdoor dining, stunning tree views...out there in suburbia.... and the bears are quibbling about the prices of little tiny boxes, squashed into the inner burbs.....less than a quarter of the size of these huge houses....
but good luck anyway its like birds fighting over a few crumbs, when the whole gorgeous cake is out there, in full view.....
