The rockets fired by Hezbullah into Israel are far from being "small, unguided" and "hardly every hit anything of value (including humans)."
Those rockets have severely damaged nothern Israeli towns such as Kiryat Shmona and Metullah, to the extent that 200,000 Israelis have been forced to evacuate their northern Israeli homes and find emergency temporary accommodation elsewhere. Those rockets have also caused Israel deaths and injuries. Only 4 days ago, Hezbullah launched a barrage of 40 !!! rockets in one night.
