I dont rate the legal chances of ALL, but its a thorn in the side of LNW. The optics of having so many ex ALL employees and then coming out a with a new game which is a mixture of ALL hits does look bad, but actually proving something in court is harder. From what I can see venues are buying 3 or 4 Dragon Train games, but its not a game changer with players. Its not fundamentally different to anything being offered now, but it is relatively popular. That's the Aus venue market though, US casino market is the key one. Also, from my experience there have been other big hits like ALL Aboard from Konami, all venues bought that, but ultimately the games declined in popularity. Dragon Train being so similar to ALL games will help its longevity though. Probably why ALL is pissed.
