I seriously doubt that this team has bought all that personal stock on PA, then gone out and presented to brokerages on the West coast and East coast, selling a story that has a few pips in it.
Why would they burn their lifelong reputations on that?
Brokers attend a roadshow and they either buy the pitch or they don't. This pitch was NOT to raise cash for a cap raise. They are selling the story here. And clearly with 94m shares traded today you can tell that the brokers saw value in getting their clients on board.

This is going way higher in my view.
