Good point Mode, regarding the OB's. THey have issued option with a very short expiry date.
I would suggest that the CR was done amongst a few who are confident of approval soon.
IMO the sigificant price rise will occur when the rig arrives and starts drilling.
Thinks need to happen very quickly.
