I don't believe this, 20%-40% of Americans have maxed out their credit and you also say they are not paying. I've heard these alarming things in the past as well, it was a few weeks ago I believe on Adam Taggart's youtube show, his guest explained, said 99% pay off their credit cards, people max out their cards for points and interest free period, with 5% US rates, it would make sense to spend everything on 55 day interest free credit cards and keep your money in the bank, fake news.
