I think it’s more so that people are weary and have been burnt once or twice.. when the team actually prove themselves with consecutive contracts and proof of concept with a working platform then money will start coming in.
if the platform works and they demonstrate it with an easy user friendly YouTube videos and links on their website that is when we should see massive interest. Get the costing right and the technical aspects out of the way and we’ll be off.
Insiders still need to be buying as well to stop any anxiety that they don’t believe in their product
