Thanks @jdpc35 - that aligns with my thinking 100%.
I hope your intel is correct and have no reason to doubt it.
Small holders should bid for more than their entitlement in order to lower average cost and make STM a bigger holding in portfolios.
Upside from here is multi bags - so every holder should try and get their average holding cost down while they can!!
I will certainly be applying for extras!
