Bonuses and share plans should be docked off those who made these ambulance chasing decisions. They are paid big money to discern the correct cases to risk shareholder money on.Their returns really have been poor for a long time. Going forward they will be valued on these lower win rates.
Let's see what the market thinks on Monday. Don't think the SP was diving because of this expected judgement. I still think it was instos tax loss selling.
