the creditor / Con Note holder just converted $600K at 1.5c share price this week as announced Friday, I take that to be that they've finished dragging down the share price and have positioned ready for that reversal you mention
certainly the timing of this Con Note was terrible in the lead up to the AGM, I suggest there is a large swag of voting power as a result of this sell down too, but all in all it seems done, noticing Friday's lower trading volume and the absence of large sells and large buys flip flopping each side of the Market Depth queues.
