Yes exactly. Why block better deals by selling offtake. If a terrible project like FL's PAK can JV with Mitsubishi (simply because it's in North America imo) then we can expect WR1 to sign a JV with even better terms, or be acquired outright.
Enough cash to get to end of Q1 2025. Two MRE upgrades, a PEA and PFS, and further drill results before then.
