Depends on whether it will be oversubscribed.
Discounted range on current price will be the guide during book building. Can’t speak to institutions/family offices about buying at a premium to ASX see-through price.
If the book is strongly oversubscribed then the discount should narrow.
Road show should be kicking off in a week’s time after 2 week wait post filing draft S1, unless there is some other moving part that needs to fall into place (pipeline connection?).
Min market cap for listing on NYSE is US$200m. Wouldn’t look good to be anywhere close to threshold. Currently at US$258m and looking to raise US$100m so plenty of room hopefully.
Probably 10% discount to prevailing ASX price. VWAP over last 10 days is 17.52c.
A$0.175? If well over subscribed, it should trade up on the open, removing the discount.
We will see.
