Until the very evident real time problem of SOI is addressed and corrected, this stock won’t be doing much in terms of increased value IMO. The dilution on offer is the primary concern not the debt, even though the latter is the causation for the former.
A 5:1 would even suffice but that’s only if the current debt would no longer require any further requests for handouts from investors.
