They don't want a new nuclear plant with a life of 40-60 years . lnstead they are putting that money into renewables for the long term.

Ah! OK, so, IN YOUR OPINION, the costs are horrendous. Maybe even horrendous cubed?

But if you read the article that I referred to you and not (maybe) the anti-nuclear establishment propaganda you will find that Govts all over the world are into nuclear/coal/gas. That includes the USofA Govt. But I guess some on HC know better than the USofA Govt?
