How long is a piece of string? ("how long do you think profit taking will last for? Surly not that long").

The post issue volumes of course far higher recently than the recent spikes on first Singapore/Vietnamese mkt approvals and then the A*Star human trial commencement. I'd say some people, due to slack custodians and crappy broker corporate action teams may still not have even had their shares available for trading, so might last a few more days yet.


We are all well aware of the company's awful capital management record. I consider this stock like a call option against Innoventure, A*Star (and other Singaporean entity involvement) and less so CellHeal. If they get an Innoventure deal done with upfront and milestone payments its all roses. If not, the burden of excessive sales, marketing and general admin costs and recent new debt payments will weigh on their growing, but still too low absolute sales and resulting cash burn a slowly decaying balance sheet (like a call option decaying, the financial time value of this company getting to intrinsinc value via positive cash flows).

Its a tenuous stretch for most, and perhaps the Innoventure deal never happens, but "Guanxi" is an important aspect of the SE Asian business culture, describing a network of mutually beneficial personal and business relationships. They can be subtle but powerful and perhaps will prove instrumental in OSX's future, that before the recent approvals and A*Star trials, looked very bleak indeed.
