So people have been saying the next billion in market cap should come quicker. I also agree with this.
it also makes sense that the stock market should boom as it did after the housing boom in early 2000’s. People have made enough from this property boom so prices will probably stay flat for 5 years. All that hot property money will be looking for undervalued stocks.
the only people who push for more liquidity and share split are the funds who want to manipulate the stocks using algorithms and bots …. Make the dogs pay up with scarce supply and it will rise faster and higher to true value.
so you don’t include borrowing any money from the banks in your scenario iknowysh?
if wa1 could time the raising perfectly then they could raise money during the peak times and then construct during the downturn when there are downward pressure on wages, materials ect and not major cost blowouts
this has already happened in history recently with Sodexo able to reduce the price of utility staff by over $20,000 per annum in 2013/15 after that 2008 iron ore boom
