That's my general thoughts as well they're not purposely being misleading just more their estimates and timeliness are based guesses and not hard facts especially if you don't have the cash. They guessed the market would be happy with the discovery so they could raise the money they needed from it which hasn't turned out so well. In any case there's probably about 6 weeks now left to get the answer if they pull the trigger with raising again on market or not or the ppsa is signed within this timeframe and there is an alternate method otherwise they are just wasting time and money on an idle rig which they should let go if they are going to play the ppsa waiting game with the Zim government. The share price will really collapse if there is no flow test this year hence why I'm guessing the binary outcome of a cap raise or not will come out in the next 6 to 8 weeks.
