who here truly think DRE still has a chance of getting back to the 8-10c either by end of 2024 or some time in 2025? who here thinks so matter how great deans spin is or how great an update night be, markets hate this sector, and DRE will most probably run out of money this year and even if they succeed in doing another C/R it will dilute existing holders so much that most of the value here will be lost anyway.... i was confident dean could pull out of his hat, but now im not sure, the market just hates this sector and with rising interest rates globally, i think even with a great update the trend still wont change here, and will DRE burning through cash daily, i think DRE is another mistake of mine that will bite the dust, which is a shame, i just cant see how things can turn around, unless the FED cut interest rates dramatically and this sector suddently comes back to life and DRE announce some huge gold discovery, than sure maybe 10c again, but i doubt it.
