A quote from the Acadia financial stats last week has the following quote inserted:
"The mechanism by which trofinetide exerts therapeutic effects in patients with Rett syndrome is unknown"
To say the above came as a complete and unexpected revelation is a complete understatement. Clinical trials- FDA approval-anticipated earnings etc surely would have sorted this issue out by now
