"So now that you have made this statement, how about having the nuts to advise the forum specifically where management have been dishonest ?"
I really cant believe you could be so illiterate as to ask such a question.
In the following, the full definition of dishonest might not apply but certainly misleading would fit.
1. Using a tool knowing that the tool does not give an accurate account of what is in the ground.
2. After the JORC fiasco producing a video that shows why the tool does not give an accurate account of what is in the ground and to admit that they are still using that tool.
3. Using Cu equivalents in drilling results when the JORC clearly shows that part of that Cu equivalent is not processable for economic recovery.
4. In a duty of care management must make sure that those making important technical management decisions have the intellectual capacity to make those decisions. When the companies value drops by 350 million due to a report commissioned and overseen by the company technical staff and management one has a right to ask questions, especially of the formal education of the CEO.
5. The JORC was delayed up until the approximate time it was needed for a mining licence. The excuses for the delays include, transferring information from one computer programme to another, then the cobalt issue. Where do you draw the line between ignorance is no defence and duty of care.
6. There have been hints all along about Wilgar and the SW anomaly but so far no drilling announcements.
7. Was the bedrock drilling of Wilgar at 2 metre centres a rational thing to do. It seems awfully close to me?
8. Specific Gravity, in all fairness without going back and checking I am not sure who was responsible for this one. Most peoples back of envelope calculations were based on a hugely different SG than mentioned in the JORC.
This probably was not the companies fault.
9 Remember the brilliant drill core results, well surprise surprise the JORC consultants used those same core results to formulate the JORC. This means that whatever the errors that were in the brilliant core results also went into the JORC. So the argument about RC drilling is irrelevant in comparing the JORC results to the companies delivered core log results. As I said some explanation is needed. This discussion has nothing to do with the extra nugget copper that may be there, it has to do with how the stats were works out. No one I know thinks the JORC and the core log results align.
This is just an opinion please do not take any notice of what I say I might be completely wrong.
