Yes, change was needed. Personally, had been asking for it for a number of years. Unfortunately, back then it seemed like most holders were the proverbial frog in boiling water and were quite content with the Rog playbook. And... perhaps, it wasn't the right time.
Anyway, here we are. Yes, the team need time to re-establish, but my view is they do not have the normal luxury of time, so best be working overtime to halt this wreck and get it back on tracks. I suspect next week we will hear something, any more than that and watch the confidence drop.
I wish them the best of luck and completely support the removal of the old guard but equally have high expectations for a senior management team to grab the bull by the horns and demonstrate why they are better than what we had previous.
