was in Melbourne in January , on tram the transport inspectors got on and started checking Mikey cards to see if anyone was dodging the fare. Checked mine , my wife's , both my kids and a few other people ..the 12 African teenagers who were laughing and swearing however ..they were invisible..the inspectors pretended they were not there and the teens knew thay had them bluffed
